We are hiring a Sales Manager!

What we are looking for?

We are seeking to engage an exceptional Sales Manager who will be in charge of building our offline sales team in Europe and increasing our sales. Someone who has a big network in the hospitality, food and beverage and/or supermarket industries (warehouse products industry is also fine).
We look for someone who is excited about the adventure of growing a multi-million-dollar eco-friendly startup and who has the ability to generate, maintain and grow relationships.

Your tasks:

  • Build an offline team in Europe and later in the rest of the world. You will be in charge of the recruitment, hiring and training of the sales representatives. In addition, you will be responsible to create programs to incentivize them.
  • Create and implement a sales strategy and pitch. Experiment to improve the execution.
  • Conduct research on potential opportunities.
  • Set sales goals.
  • Manage individual and team quotas.
  • Monitor progress in real-time, analyze data and create reports.
  • Create a database of existing and potential clients.
  • Keep an active watch over and involvement in key accounts.

  • Big network in the hospitality, food and beverage and/or supermarket industries (warehouse products industry is also fine).
  • Flexible time (be always available for clients as we work in 3-4 different time zones.
  • Have your own computer.

Skills:

  • Have leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Speak fluent English and at least one other language. A third one is advantageous!
